DIRECTIONS TO THE LEBANESE FESTIVAL AT SHAIN PARK:

Shain Park is located in beautiful downtown Birmingham, Mich, and is situated amongst Bates, Merrill, Martin, and Henrietta Streets.

From the North: I-96 East to I-696 East to Exit 16, Woodward Avenue. Travel north on Woodward Avenue for approximately 5 miles. Make a slight left onto Old Woodward Avenue (stay in the left most lane on Woodward Avenue once past 14 Mile Road; Old Woodward Avenue is accessible past 14 Mile Road by making a slight left into the downtown Birmingham area; signs will be posted making it clear where to turn). Once on Old Woodward Avenue, travel into the downtown area and turn left onto Merrill Street.

From the East: I-94 west to I-696 west to Exit 16, Woodward Avenue. Travel north on Woodward Avenue for approximately 5 miles. Make a slight left onto Old Woodward Avenue (stay in the left most lane on Woodward Avenue once past 14 Mile Road; Old Woodward Avenue is accessible past 14 Mile Road by making a slight left into the downtown Birmingham area; signs will be posted making it clear where to turn). Once on Old Woodward Avenue, travel into the downtown area and turn left onto Merrill Street.

From the South: MI-39 north; MI-39 becomes Southfield Road. Travel approximately 5 miles and turn right onto Merrill Street. The park will be just ahead.

From the West: I-275 north to I-696 east to Exit 16, Woodward Avenue. Travel north on Woodward Avenue for approximately 5 miles. Make a slight left onto Old Woodward Avenue (stay in the left most lane on Woodward Avenue once past 14 Mile Road; Old Woodward Avenue is accessible past 14 Mile Road by making a slight left into the downtown Birmingham area; signs will be posted making it clear where to turn). Once on Old Woodward Avenue, travel into the downtown area and turn left onto Merrill Street.

Structure Parking is FREE for the first two hours and is also available on nearby streets and parking lots. A large parking lot is accessible off of Merrill Street and the closest parking structure is accessible off of Henrietta Street.
